Kirsten has transformed the whole idea of making things happen into an art form; which is why we think she's the perfect Director of Account Management here at Full Contact. In addition to leading the client relationships for all of our accounts, Kirsten also spends time seeking out great new partners who would benefit from our Brands To The Fullest approach.
Over the last twenty years she has reinvigorated a number of storied brands through insightful research, strategic positioning and brand equity management. Some of her favorites included P&G's Pringles, Kraft's Miracle Whip and Quaker Oats Life Cereal and Cap’n Crunch as well as Fidelity Investments and TIAA-CREF.
She walks in with a smile every day ready to dig in, solve problems, meet new people and build enduring relationships. She has helped both her clients and our agency grow by leaps and bounds. Even in her spare time, she goes out of her way to make things happen. In 2000 she founded Good Sports, a national non-profit that has enabled over 250,000 kids access to organized sports.
